As a Procurement Analyst you will provide support to Boeing Defence Australia Ltd, as part of the Supply Chain Management Functional Excellence Team located in our Brisbane office. This is a temporary full time placement for 12 months.
Responsibilities will include:
- Extract, analyse and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan data
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine reporting requirements, including manipulating and processing data to deliver effective reports
- Conduct analysis of procurement, supply chain, supplier management, trade control and industry engagement reports and data, and provide recommendations and plans for strategic options.
To be successful you will have:
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience using Business Intelligence Tools ie Cognos, Tableau, including data extraction and writing SQL statements
- Ability to manipulate data into useable reports and information
- Advanced experience in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
