About the business and the role
Hayden Agencies is a wholesale distributor that supplies Australian and New Zealand businesses with a wide range of balloon and other party related products.
We require a competent individual who can join our current warehousing team. Initial work will be the picking and packing of orders which will require the applicant to become familiar with locating stock within the warehouse, packing and shipping consignments. Accuracy and speed will be of the utmost priority, they are the foundation of this role and the applicant will not successfully fill the position if these criteria do not reach the standard that we require.

- Picking and Packing of Orders
- Stocktaking
- Shelf Stacking, Inventory Placement
- General Laboring
Skills and experience
- The ability to pick and pack accurately, fast and efficiently (KPIs must be met)
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Sufficient IT and Computer skills
- Effective Communication skills / ability to work within a team and fit into our company culture
- Ability to follow instructions and Learn Quickly
- An Understanding of our product and operation must be acquired quickly
- Physically fit and able
- Must have a driver's License.
- Willingness to acquire a forklift license is essential for this role. Existing forklift license is even better.
