Transport and logistics company is seeking individuals who enjoy working within a fast-moving service driven environment, with the desire to learn / develop / progress and enjoy the self-satisfaction of delivering superior customer service.
The position reports directly to the Delivery Service Manager – Transport Operations VIC who is responsible for all Metro Transport, and interstate cross docking and container transport. This supporting role is responsible for all the customer liaison, System inputs, delivery monitoring and ALL operational administration requirements. (including Management Reporting requirements). This role will operate within a very modern system driven and team based environment, that strives for customer satisfaction and therefore provides a critical service function for the business.
Preferred skill set (but not limited to) – Operate within a successful team environment, Customer service back ground, TMS system experience, Prior industry experience (Any Transport, Wharf, Logistics), Self-motivated, High integrity, ability to operate within high activity environment, most importantly “cares” about our customers, working colleagues and making our company even more successful.
