About The Role:

Located at our National Head Office in Richmond on the banks of the Yarra we are surrounded walking/running paths, cafes and bars, so lunchtimes are a dream. We also provide free onsite parking and are surrounded by public transport.

This is a fantastic supply planning role, working with a diverse range of 75,000 SKU’s from over 50 local and international supply line partners.

Being a pivotal touch point for multiple departments including sales, marketing, finance and customer service and supply line partners and customers this is a great role for someone who loves diversity and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute orders of finished goods from Local and Overseas suppliers
• Proactive avoidance of stock outs, involves liaising with internal stakeholders to minimise stocking issues and expediting orders as required.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory parameters are reflective of demand and to support KPI’s including NHP’s customer service level target of 95% in full and on time.
• Evaluate supplier delivery performance ensuring it is meeting expectation, including liaising with stakeholders to resolve delivery performance issues.

About You:

As this is a central role within the business you will need to be a true team player and who flourishes on interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a go-getter who loves thrives on being busy and loves both the interactive and analytical nature of supply planning.

Ideally you have:

• 3 plus years’ experience in Supply Chain or Supply Planning
• Supply Chain or Logistics qualifications will be highly regarded
• An understanding of multi-site inventory control techniques and inventory management principles
• A good working knowledge of ERP systems, experience in Microsoft Dynamics would he highly regarded
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills – Understanding and interpreting data using; V-lookups, Pivot Tables
