We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Specialist to join our Assembly, Laboratory and Warehouse team in Bentleigh East, Victoria.
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership to the business on all aspects Health, Safety and Environmental Quality (HSEQ) for the Advanced Detection business in Australia. You will be responsible for HSE management, establishing HSE plans, and developing HSE strategy to meet the Pacific and overall Global strategy. To drive change by partnering and influencing the Advanced Detection Leadership, driving the company’s safety culture, working towards developing an HSEQ performance culture that will differentiate us from our competitors and expand Honeywell’s reputation as a low risk provider.
You will have a professional qualification in Workplace Health & Safety with a comprehensive knowledge of safety and environmental legislation and quality systems. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and demonstrable personal attributes to effectively communicate and influence all levels of employees and leadership. Some experience in change management and continuous improvement projects will be highly regarded.
