Team Leader - Production

My client is a small family business operating for the past 15 years in the food industry with modern machinery and a healthy order book. My client operates from an extensive knowledge of the food industry along with a culture of excellence in innovation and therefore can deliver unique products.
We are seeking to appoint a hands on team leader ideally with food manufacturing experience including knowledge of HACCP, exposure to mixing and packing lines.
You will work closely with the Production Manager ensuring production schedules are effective, meet production targets, focus on high quality of product including proactive quality control and a WHS standards.
This role is ideally suitable for a candidate starting on their supervisory path with some experience, however can demonstrate some leadership experience.
