Our client has established an excellent reputation within the import industry for their professionalism, trade expertise and client management. They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their great team in a role offering lots of variety and client interaction within a professional and vibrant team environment.
A typical day will see you liaising with overseas agents and local clients to discuss cargo requirements and movements, monitoring and reporting on cargo status, working with your manager on any problems or issues to ensure they can be worked through to resolution and answering any general inquiries your clients may have. You will work within a paperless environment with all of the latest industry tools at your fingertips, ensuring you step into your new role with confidence.

To be considered for this position applicants must have recent experience gained specifically within an international freight forwarding environment.
