The Role
We are looking for a procurement specialist's for the position's of Procurement Manager and Procurement Co-ordinator . The role requires innovative sourcing of various trades for delivery of quality and value for money facilities maintenance services. Integral to this function is the ability to engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders and develop capacity and resourcing plans to match the work volumes in the contract. The role requires high levels of performance measured against key contract performance indicators and technical standards.
Duties
- Engage and manage suppliers & service providers in accordance with contractual obligations and industry best practice.
- Ensure capacity & capability to match Spotless requirements and mitigate risk.
- Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify areas of subcontractor procurement savings
- Conduct regular supplier reviews to monitor supplier performance
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary and/or Trade Qualifications
- Experience in the procurement of subcontractors & suppliers
- Project management experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Good computer literacy
