About the business and the role:

This role will see you working closely with the operations manager lead all aspect of the production ensuring all client orders are completed on time and to the highest standard. With a key focus on staff management and maximising efficiency, you will be responsible for the production process. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure all quality assurance is maintained
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Maintain OHS standards
- Adjust production schedule based on forecast sales and confirmed orders
- Meet set deadlines
- Inventory Management
Skills and experience:
- Production experience
- Excellent time management and sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Demonstrated experience working in a process driven environment
