ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth and expansion we have an excellent opportunity for a Buyer to join a Global Company. This is your chance to influence how our stores will look and feel. Use your knowledge of the Australian consumer to ensure we start with a bang!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare, review and analyse RFx documents;
- Lead the negotiations process including drafting of contracts;
- Liaising with German HQ;
- Create market analysis, cost-benefit analysis and calculation of profitability;
- Developing, implementation and ongoing optimization of processes and standards;
- Support the management and other departments;
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor of Business or similar;
- Previous experience in procurement;
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally;
- Strategic thinking and planning skills;
- Willing to learn German;
- High level of negotiation & people skills;
