Our client is going through a massive growth phase at the moment, they are getting recognised locally and internationally for quality and innovation. They manufacture machinery and are based in the South Eastern suburbs of Victoria. They manufacture locally and currently looking to add a procurement specialist to their growing business in Victoria.
As the Procurement Specialist you will report to the General Manager and work closely with the CEO.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Manage day to day procurement tasks
- Perform cost and scenario analysis
- Proactively work with internal departments to achieve success for the overall business.
- Source appropriate suppliers to ensure purchases are cost effective and align with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation
To be considered for this position you will need;
- A bachelor degree of business or related discipline
- Demonstrated and proven track record in procurement
- Ability to analyse and review systems and processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with attention to detail

On offer depending on experience is a base salary between $60K - $65K + super.
