An exciting opportunity now exists for and experienced Team Leader to join our Afternoon Shift Manufacturing Team.
Reporting to the Production Site Supervisor, this position requires a committed and driven individual to execute production plans; using available technical and human resources to assist in managing the people function across the Afternoon Shift.
Responsibilities of the Team Leader include;
• Leading, coaching and motivating a team of new and experienced operators to achieve business outcomes
• Utilising continuous improvement techniques to deliver optimal production performance
• Work within and across teams to share information, skills and resources in order to optimise business performance
• Ensure the accurate and systematic application of SOPs is used at all times by
employees
• Identification of machinery and/or quality issues and acting efficiently to remedy the situation
Success as a Team Leader requires;
• Skills in people management, problem solving and priority setting
• A continuous improvement mindset, committed to safety, quality and people
• Experience within the manufacturing industry
• An enthusiastic, innovative driven approach, which successfully delivers in a dynamic team orientated environment
• Confidence to make decisions in a timely and accountable fashion

• Supervise, mentor and develop the production team to ensure they reach their full potential in their roles
