Senior Supply Chain Consultant required for a reverse logistics organisation.
Senior Supply Chain Consultant

The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO you will provide strong leadership and consultancy across the business to manage and improve their supply chain process and develop business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Senior customer face of the busines
- Work as a key member of the executive team
- Customer diagnostic projects - pre sales
- Develop strategic plans and implement actions across operations and customers that align to company values and brand promise
- Manage all customer and vendor service level agreements, including ongoing contract negotiation and vendor compliance
- Liaise across all departments to solve customer issues both onshore and offshore
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Analyse and protect company margins, improving profitability and managing costs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in supply chain management
- Exceptional business analytics and planning skills
- A strategic thinker, you will actively present innovative ideas and bespoke solutions
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, management or related field; experience in reverse logistics is required
- Previous experience within a consulting role, minimum 5+ years
- Sound knowledge in managing outsourced/off-shored administration and customer service teams
- Project and change management experience required
- Contract negotiation and SLA management
- High level of EQ and people influencing skills
- Project management experience in six sigma methodology
