About the role
Reporting to a Supervisor, this role will be responsible for Forklift operation as well as administration duties for night shift. Times are between 6pm and 8pm Monday - Friday. The shift finishes when the work is completed or as otherwise stated.
Duties
Freight Office Duties
- Arriving inbound Line Haul services in Tollworks
- Creating and dispatching Line Haul movements in Tollworks
- Checking emails and paperwork for “Must Ride” & Urgent freight movements
- Connote matching in ILFT program
- ILFT freight reconciliation and shortage notifications
- Sort Paperwork into pigeon holes
Warehouse Duties
- Unload inbound & load outbound line haul as instructed
- Scan all freight being loaded and/or unloaded
- General forklift duties
- Clean work area
Skills & Experience
- Current Forklift licence is essential
- Experience of working within a team environment
- Be able to repetitively lift weights of up to 25kg
