Leading retail brand require an experienced Operations Manager.

Your new company
Our client are a modern retail business. They have both a dominant market presence in store operations along with a strong online offering. To support and grow their Brisbane based warehouse operations they require an experienced Operations Manager.

Your new role
In this role you will drive and deliver operational efficiencies across the warehouse. You work alongside other parts in the business to deliver change and process improvements whilst managing and leading an established team. Your focus will be on ensuring product is delivered in full on time and a high degree of customer service is provided. Additionally you will work with senior leadership in ensuring the warehouse is geared for growth.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have come from a successful role in retail/FMCG or food warehouse operations. You will have proven experience driving process and operational efficiencies as well as a management style that is committed to developing people.
