Wagners Project Division is currently seeking an experienced and safety-minded Project Manager for our coal haulage project at Oaky Creek. Located 17km South East of Tieri this project offers exciting opportunities and is a great place to foster and expand management skills.
Key areas of responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective leadership to the team by developing work strategies, resource plans (people and equipment) and targets consistent with agreed KPI’s.
- Manage and monitor project costs
- Ensuring all operations and activities are in line with Safety and Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance of all plant and equipment
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- MC Drivers licence and experience in Triple Road Trains.
- Experience in the coal or transport industries
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to network and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to business growth and development
- Experience with maintenance management and sound mechanical knowledge
- Drive and commitment with a high attention to detail
- Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite
- Standard 11, RII competencies are advantageous
