We are currently recruiting for an experienced safety conscious Yard Person that holds at minimum a Heavy Rigid truck drivers licence and Forklift License.  The successful applicant needs to be willing to participate in a demanding physical environment, and possess a strong work ethic. There is an expectation that the individual has experience in a busy transport yard. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive long standing business in the Transport Industry.

Our Requirements:

• Current HR (minimum) Licence with experience
• Forklift License essential
• DG Licence preferred
• Strong understanding of Load Restraints
• Ability to liaise with customers in a professional manner
• Ability to manually load and unload trailers

• Provide an up-to-date Traffic History Report for the past 5 years
• Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test
• Driver assessment with one of our Driver Trainer Assessors
• Pre-employment Medical
