Key Performance Indicators
 

• Responsible for the up keep and implementation of existing and new products
• Develop potential products by generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing and plans for product introductions and removals
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share; thereby improving customer experience to drive growth within the business.
• Assess and evaluate samples for suitability to include in range, prepare recommendations for new product

 
 
Requirements/Skills
 

• Proven working experience in product management
• People Management skills, Product Development skills, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy Planning Skills
• Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Skilled at working effectively with various departments: design, marketing, sales, production, IT, installation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated high level of analytical and numerical competence.
