THE COMPANY

Our client is a uniquely Australian owned and operated manufacturer of specialist electronic equipment and accessories who have recently celebrated 50 years of successful operation. Operating out of their state-of-the-art facility, they employ over 250 highly skilled personnel worldwide across a variety of disciplines including; electrical engineering, industrial design, technical engineering, metal production, toolmaking, logistics, assembly and quality control.

THE ROLE

As a Dispatch Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Constructing and dispatching invoices to customers
• Cyclic counting of finished goods on a daily basis
• Verification and Sign off of shipments
• Liaison between Sales & Dispatch teams to coordinate dispatch requirements
• Arranging transport for goods out of the warehouse
• Load Planning as needed

  
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Essential for this role is 3-5 years’ experience in the export & logistics industries
• Experience liaising between Finance & Logistics departments on a regular basis
• Previous use of ERP Systems in a manufacturing and warehousing environment
• Excellent ability in MS Office applications
• A background based in continued Inventory Management
