Peppercorn Foods, the good food company, is going places.  We have just relocated to a new, state-of-the-art production facility in Arndell Park, Blacktown.  Along with a new site, we are now looking for a Stock Control Manager for a 15 month fixed term contract.

Peppercorn Foods has become a household brand over its 20 year history. We produce high quality sausages and burgers and sell nationally with leading retailers.

This role represents a great career opportunity for a Stock Control Manager.

The Role

• Manage all aspects of forecasting and ordering meat, ingredients and packaging on a ‘just in time’ basis and in conjunction with forecasted sales plans.
• Management of meat and packaging procurement
• Monitor and measuring stock levels
• Reviewing forecasts and ensuring stock levels are appropriate to business needs
• Manage expiry and close to end stock

  
You

• Experience in a similar role In a similar environment
• Experience in a prepack meat or smallgoods business is preferred
• Solid work ethic and a passion for achieving quality outcomes
• Good people management, communication and negotiation skills
• MS Excel and Word skills with the ability to produce production reports and costings
