Border Express is now seeking a physically fit and energetic Parcel Sorter to join an industry leading Freight Transport provider based in Newcastle. This is a full time position working night shift.
This role involves pallet breakdown, labelling and sorting of parcel freight and cartons. A strong knowledge of Newcastle suburbs and locations is highly advantageous. Please note that this work is not for the faint hearted and the work environment is fast paced!
To be successful you must have:
- Own Car and licence;
- Provide an Australian Police Check;
- Excellent attitude, a good work ethic and reliability;
- A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive lifting;
- A current forklift licence;
- Previous experience in sorting freight highly regarded.
