We are looking for highly skilled leaders to join our manufacturing operation as Senior Production Supervisors - Nightshift. We need people who are passionate about leading a team in a fast-paced, high volume production environment. This role is critical in supporting the business in delivering high quality, chef prepared, fresh meals to our expanding customer base. This is a leadership role first and foremost - effective leadership skills are a first and foremost!
Let's get down to the nitty gritty essentials - we're looking for some key attributes that are non-negotiable for success in this role:
- Lead a fast-paced team to deliver production according to schedule.
- Drive efficiency through strong communication and lean methodology.
- Innovate processes as we constantly evolve.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mentality is a must.
- Demonstrated success in Supervising or Managing teams with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Ideal candidates have experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Must recognise the importance of Food Safety and delivering a quality product to customers
- Forward thinking and always looking towards continuous improvements to the production line
This is a midnight - 8am shift on a 7 day rotating roster (with a possibility of every second weekend worked)
