About the role
As the Novated Delivery and Settlements Consultant you will look after all facets of the vehicle delivery and novated lease settlements process – this is a fantastic role for an individual that has high attention to detail, can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and takes accountability to ensure actions are delivered within agreed timeframes. You’ll work within a fun, fast-paced and high-performing team in a role that is key to delivering on our customer and financial commitments.
Daily you can expect to liaise with our external dealer network to help drive vehicle deliveries both on phone and email using your superior communication skills.
About you
- You are results driven and have worked in a fast-paced environment providing high levels of internal and external customer service
- You are an effective communicator, have an eye for detail and are passionate about driving process improvement
- Novated/Motor Vehicle/Fleet Leasing experience would be a big advantage
