The Role

Due to rapid business growth, our Emerald branch has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join the team in a permanent full time position. 

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and Packing of customer orders and filter kits
• Processing and completing filter kits in our dealer management system
• Provide service to external and internal customers for parts in a courteous and timely manner
• Maintaining computer records and stock holding
• Reporting of stock discrepancies and damages to your manager immediately
• Maintaining a high standard of department and parts store housekeeping

  To be successful, you must have a current Forklift License as well as demonstrated experience in

• Logistical Experience - From a similar parts environment working in an earthmoving or associated industry
• Dedicated to Quality Customer Service - as you will be liasing and dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Autonomous productivity - Personally motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals and reduced picking errors
• Computer Literacy - maintaining accurate stocktake and dispatch figures in company mainframe and Microsoft Office Suite
• Timely problem solving - Accurately reporting stock discrepancies and inventory requirements to your manager
