Airnorth, part of the Bristow group is now the major aviation operator in Northern Australia. The company operates over 300 scheduled RPT and charter departures weekly, servicing over 20 destinations across four countries. In addition to scheduled departures, Airnorth operates contract and ad-hoc charter services for a wide variety of companies undertaking mining, Defence and government activity.

Principal Accountabilities Responsibilities:

• Administration support for Flight Operations Management
• Maintain register for leave, sick leave, RDO and RDOIL
• Ensure Seniority list is maintained, accurate and distributed as required.
• Prepare Bid Notices and results
• Distribute Operations Notices and Memos
• Process Accommodation, Flight and Simulator Bookings and all finance related documentation
• Build and plot aircrew rosters ensuring all lights, including ad-hoc charters are crewed.
• Manager roster changes following training activity failures and notify crew members accordingly
• Book Simulator travel and accommodation
• Compile payroll data for Flight Crew Compile monthly reports on behalf of the General Manager Flight Operations

Applicants possessing the following will be highly regarded:

• Computer literate – MS Office – Intermediate.
• Sound administration, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to prioritise work load
• Ability to handle pressured situations and prioritise
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with maintaining computerised data bases and report compiling for Management
• Ability to hold Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
