We are looking for an energetic and confident Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic, customer focused warehouse operations in Sydney. As a Warehouse Supervisor your role will be to direct, coordinate, supervise and meet service objectives of the site. You will also be responsible for leading the warehouse team to achieving outstanding results whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead a warehouse team and provide coaching, mentoring, training and delivering safety, productivity and compliance work quality.
- Management of warehouse KPIs (DIFOT, Inventory Accuracy, Productivity).
- Coach, mentor & develop your team through great leadership while motivating & leading the team to achieve high standards.
- Daily reporting of shift performance as well as determine & arrange Labour and equipment requirements.
- Lead and Implement any 5S and continuous improvement concepts.
- Assist in managing Logistics activities for international exports and import shipments.
- Manage Gaming Machine Trade-in reports and metrics.
- Assist in managing Logistics activities for international exports and import shipments.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- A self-starter and results orientated.
- Thorough understanding of OH&S requirements.
- A flexible, highly motivated, proactive and “can do” working style.
- Advance Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Advance Excel experience, Basic Experience in Microsoft outlook.
Preferences
- Valid Forklift License.
- Experience in Inventory management is desirable.
