About the company:

The company is a well-known food manufacturer based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to substantial growth, our client is seeking multiple Team Leaders to lead the Blending departments.

These roles are on-going contract to work full time hours on Day shift with a high possibility of the roles becoming permanent.

Hours of work:

Day Shift: 7am-3.30pm


Skills & experience:

Your main responsibilities as a Team Leader include:

Lead, delegate and mentor your team in the Blending room.
• Accurately weigh food powders and ingredients
• Mixing & blending these ingredients
• Follow strict protocols and procedures
• Comply with company's quality systems
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practises

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail accuracy and a flexible attitude.

Training will be provided but previous experience in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is essential.
