Our client is a well established and well respected Surface Engineering company based in South West Sydney. They are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager.
Business Mission
To optimise the capacity and capability of the facilities and staff to deliver innovative services and products and build on core competency of surface engineering to diversify and grow the business.
Job’s Purpose
To monitor and advise on the performance of the business to the quality management system, utilising data and performance reports to recommend changes in practices to improve quality results.
This role works independently and closely with all staff of the company as all staff have an impact on quality to customers.

Key skills and experience
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Quality Manager
- 3 years plus experience in a similar environment
- Trade (Surface Engineering ) experience is desirable.
- Experience in the maintenance of ISO accreditations and policies
- Experience of Lean manufacturing
