Our client is an established carpet manufacturing company with customers throughout Australia and the world.
Based in the Minto area, opportunities currently exist for several Manufacturing & production workers for both day and afternoon shift The hours of work are 6-2pm or 2-10pm
This position will be an ongoing role for the right person.
To be considered for this role you MUST have the following:
- At least 1 year of production, process or manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A willingness to work
- A willingness to learn new things on the job
- Great attention to detail
- Great work ethic and attitude
- Steel Capped Boots
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Machine Operating (Yarn Machines, loading Spools of Fabric etc.)
- Working on a packing / processing line
- Assist in the completion of production paperwork
- Fast paced production/packing work
- Packing Finished products and Dispatching
- Making boxes
- Quality control
