We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with solid experience in Customer Service to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. In this role, you will gain industry knowledge and international experience, while improving your communication skills and techniques. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform basic order management function, product changes, returns, monthly URD review and feedback, etc.
  • Manage and communicate Dropped/Cancelled products to the customer/channel as needed in a timely fashion
  • Organize files and information to ensure efficient service: E.g. customer lists, price- and line lists, credit notes, master PO lists
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues.
  • Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
  • Act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues or changes.

Critical Skills/Competencies

  • Advanced level excel skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and the ability to present information in a clear, concise and complete manner
  • Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
  • Sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Retail industry experience, preferred
