We are currently seeking an experienced production worker with power tool exposure for a Day shift position in Pinkenba. This role will be starting ASAP and working for a Global company.
The position is ongoing casual with a view to permanency after 4 months pending performance and attendance.
About the Role
Key duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Breaking and fixing wooden pallets
- Using hand and power tools
- Repetitive production work
- Heavy lifting
- Day shift: 5am - 1pm & $25.29/hr
** Please note that this position requires a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test plus a basic literacy assessment. As this role is 38 hours per week, all applicants must also have full working rights in Australia**
About You
To be successful for this position, you MUST have:
- Own reliable transport & licence
- Be fit to pass the pre-employment medical and D&A test
- Experience with power tools
- Prior fast paced experience (preferably production environment)
- A positive attitude and team player outlook
- Be reliable, punctual and have good attendance
