Hume Commercial Doors & Frames is a new branch of a Major Australian manufacturing company that is currently undergoing an expansion into a new range of products.
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turret Punch Programmer to work at our CAMPBELLFIELD site. The role will involve programming and operating of an LVD Strippit Turret Punch and Press Brakes with Cadman PL and B3D programming software.
You will be a key player in helping to implement vital improvements and innovations into our sheet metal manufacturing department.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Turret Punch / Press Brake operational. experience would be well regarded, but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and "right first time" approach.
- More than 3 (three) years experience in a similar position.
- A high regard for OH&S and work quality.
- The ability to optimize and improve sheet metal and machine utilization.
- The ability to communicate program changes to relevant staff.
- Excellent drawing interpretation and drawing maintenance.
Salary is negotiable; based on experience.
