The role will suit a well-organised and articulate individual who has a solid experience in logistics management within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
We are seeking an individual with leadership qualities to take on the Logistics Manager Role. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical plans to ensure the achievement of world class standards whilst leading a team of support staff.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensure warehousing and transportation costs are being met.
- Providing exceptional customer’s service to existing clients.
- Lead a team of logistics specialists and manage the overall delivery performance of materials.
- Ensure PO management and their KPIs are up to-date and customer on time delivery is not being affected.
- Plan and manage annual budget for the logistics functions as per corporate guideline.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Work Experience in reputed food manufacturing environment. In addition to this you will have:
- Relevant qualifications
- Experience in each aspect of inventory and logistics.
- Proven managerial and leadership skills in a fast paced environment
- Strong logistics experience in a Food manufacturing environment
