Cutting edge surfboard shaping factory is seeking practical hands on person for apprenticeship position who is keen to be part of the surfboard manufacturing industry.

You will be hands on making surfboards learning everything there is to know about surfboard production, from laminating and sanding to lean optimisation.
To be successful in this role you will:

- be curious, open-minded and hungry to always keep learning
- be eager to succeed with a 'whatever it takes, never give up' attitude
- have current Australian Driver’s License, Australian residency or a valid Australian work visa
- above all, have 'grit' – determination, perseverance and a drive to succeed
- and if you are into surfing, that's a bonus!
Qualification: As an apprentice you will have formal on the job training over a four-year period to achieve the following qualification: MEM31112 Certificate III in Engineering - Composites Trade.
