Toll People are currently seeking an experienced inventory controller for an ongoing opportunity located in Marsden Park Working core hours of 08:00am - 4pm your primary duties will involve working closely with the inventory manager to undertake QA checks, compliance, and auditing. In this role you will be based in the warehouse we be required to wear PPE in a temperature controlled environment of 14 degrees

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking quality assurance checks
• Using excel and the system Red Prairie on a daily basis
• Performing detailed inventory audits and compliance checks (Will be required to use scissor lift at times)
• Producing variance reports and identifying stock discrepancies.
• Investigating stock discrepancies.
• Data entry and administrative duties.
• Interacting with the customer via email and phone communication

Successful applicants will possess the below skills and attributes:

• Extensive knowledge of inventory within a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Red Prairie experience highly desirable.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit to overtime when required.
• Place safety as a top priority.
