The Role
Applications are invited from an enthusiastic team player in our Spares and Logistics team. The role is located at our Head Office at Bankstown Airport, NSW, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

 

The role will be responsible for meeting our customers Aircraft Spares needs. As part of a small team within a large business unit the focus is on delivering exceptional service and providing timely responses. The successful applicant will require a high level of autonomy and be comfortable with multiple priorities.
 

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Relationship management with new and existing customers, continual network building to develop sales.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service support through the sales life cycle
  • Proactively engaging in sales enquiries, product quotes and parts interpretation
  • Actively participate in team and business unit projects to improve process and support
  • Maintain accurate data in Hawker Pacific’s Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Knowledge of specific parts catalogues within the assigned brand


 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Delivering results in a highly compliant work environment
  • Computer literate with emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail combined with exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous Aviation experience is advantageous
