We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our general cargo team in Sydney. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties and responsibilities will require you to:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, overseas agents, customs and quarantine authorities, etc.);
• Prepare import and export shipment documentation, including handling of files from registration to closing;
• Assist the Management and Sales teams where required.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry;
• Be self-motivated, skilled and committed;
• Have precise attention to detail and possess strong initiative working in a small team environment;
• Hold a current NSW driver's licence and have the ability to travel both locally and internationally for business if required;
• Are currently an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
