Our client is a leading global food company with their regional headquarters in Melbourne. This market leader is experiencing significant growth and continue to develop and market new products.

They are looking for an experienced Supply & Inventory Manager to implement and maintain best practice planning and inventory management processes of finished goods and raw materials, and develop and maintain systems and policies that ensure the provision of valid supply and manufacturing plans which meet the signed off demand plan; whilst maintaining inventory within company holding policy.

Based in Melbourne's CBD, this person will also develop, mentor and motivate a team of supply planners, a deployment planner, a materials manager and an inventory analyst.

To secure this position and further develop your career with this global company, you must:

• Be degree qualified
• Have extensive FMCG / Manufacturing experience, in planning and inventory management
• Be experienced in dealing with customers and influencing internal stakeholders
• Have previous supplier performance management experience
• Be able to display strong computer systems experience
• Have strong communication and presentation skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to lead a team
