As the Plant Controller, you will manage and lead the finance function for the factory in line with the organizational goals.
The primary responsibilities for the incumbent are mentioned below:
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial/cost reports.
• Supporting Cross functional teams and promoting awareness of financial performance
• Maintaining cost accounting systems and analyzing costs of production
• Inventory Management. Ensure stock is complete and accurate
• Preparation and presentation of reports to senior stakeholders
• Ensuring reporting and accounting compliance as per US GAAP/IFRS/Australian accounting standards and SOX
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in accounting roles within a factory environment
• Hands on expertise on SAP-FICO
• Understanding of SOX Compliance
• Excellent Advanced Excel knowledge coupled with solid presentation skills
• Strong executive presence demonstrated through excellent communication skills
