The role:

Support Aftersales Network and Team through development, management and rollout of programs to increase customer satisfaction and maximise sales revenues through all aftermarket channels

Key responsibilities:

• Management and reporting of dealer incentive programs
• Alignment of all programs with under ŠKODA Care ‘umbrella’
• Service and Parts/Accessory Marketing Campaigns – identify, create and execute
• Strategic service project planning, communication and reporting
• Management of local reporting/DMS extract system (Nidasu)
• Service and Parts dealer analysis using factory systems to identify new opportunities and developments
• Creation and Management of SKODA Care Products inc. Extended Warranty and Pre-Paid Service Plans
• Management and analysis of the Controlled Workshop Test Program
• Management of the ŠKODA Capped Price Servicing program,
• Accessory & Merchandise Program product management inc vehicle launch preparations
• Management of factory systems (MSQP, lis.com)
• Management of department budgets and invoicing
• Key dealer contact for system troubleshooting and new dealer start up
• Key point of contact and support for field force
• Analysis of dealer fulfilment of Aftersales bonuses
• General administration
