The majority of this role will centre around vehicle offloading, unpacking goods, pick and packing and any warehouse duties as directed by your supervisor - requirements will change daily therefore we are looking for flexible candidates who are willing to assist the business in any function required.
- Forklift License (LF)
- MUST be competent operating both Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts
- MUST have minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing - non negotiable
- Need to hit the ground running - we are looking for experienced candidates!!
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient with computers and entering goods into the system
- Physically fit & able
- Energectic and self-motivating - passengers will not be tolerated
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Unpacking incoming goods according to the respective instructions
- Completing packaging activities of deliveries following shipping instructions, types of packaging and other instructions (eg. Dangerous Goods) - all within given framework & timelines
- Completes transportation of goods inside, and if applicable outside, the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.
- Forklift operation - predominantly moving stock
- Stores goods following the store instructions
- Regular stock maintenance and inventory
- Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments
- Review assembled deliveries for completeness and accuracy (eg. quantity and article number - in reference to delivery notes)
