Take on a key senior leadership role in our Southern Distribution Network. This position will allow you to utilise your already established experience across distribution and move to the next level with an innovative market leader in retail.
Reporting to the General Manager Supply Planning & Southern Operations, the Regional Manager – Southern Network will lead, manage and develop the Distribution Centre operations to all channels within the region (VIC, WA & NZ).
Responsible for 4 DC’s across the network, located in Altona (VIC), Auckland (NZ) and Forrestfield (WA), you will have overall accountability for the entirety of the centre’s operations working closely with your DC Manager’s at each location.
With a home base in Altona, your role will see you travel to the centres within your network approximately each quarter. You will partner with our Regional Manager – Northern Network to work collaboratively to ensure consistency across all DC operations.

If you are an experienced Distribution Manager with:
- Extensive experience in managing large scale Distribution Centres, ideally across multi-site locations
- A safety first mentality, with complete understanding and experience in managing the safety aspects of DC’s
- Excellent knowledge of distribution and supply chain operations, coupled with technical expertise
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with strong exposure to all facets of people management
- High level communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Capability to report on and manage to financial budgets (wages, freight, OPEX and CAPEX)
