About the role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all labour resource requirements which will include permit to work processes, overtime and the ability to engage casual labour to meet production schedules. With a solid understanding of compliance, safety, quality and operating procedures you will be focussed and able to maintain the continuous improvement culture that has been instilled on site. Shifts vary depending on seasonal demands
Skills & Experience
- The ability to display leadership whilst coaching and supporting the development of production operators.
- An Engineering qualification or relevant working experience within a similar manufacturing environment
- MS Office proficiency
- A safety-first approach with a track record in improving and adhering to strict working practices
