This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical or Electronics Engineer that is responsible for all aspects of the Manufacturing Engineering Practices across the business. It is ideal for a smart operator who enjoys working autonomously on a diverse range of projects to improve quality, productivity and increase up time by getting optimum performance from the PLC Machinery.

The principal function of the Production Engineer is to support the Maintenance Team using your engineering training and initiative to identify and make programming improvements that improve functionality and productivity.

This is a Hands-on role that suits a hard working qualified team player that is analytical mechanically minded and enjoys getting their hands dirty, supported by a great production and management team who will provide the training to help you progress within the business.

The successful applicant will need to have a recognised Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical Engineering. It would be ideal if you have had experience with Mitsubishi PLC or Siemens S5
