The Allspec team consists of experienced, energetic individuals who work together, sharing knowledge and providing support to each other, to ensure our clients receive excellent products and services.

Our busy Steel Fabrication workshop is currently looking to employ a Project Coordinator to manage our increasing work load and upcoming projects. This is a full time position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities;
- Review upcoming and new jobs prior to fabrication.
- Prepare and execute technical queries as and when required.
- Material take-off's from shop detailed and design drawings
- Procurement of all materials to complete project.
- Compile request for quotes to sub-contractors – e.g. Machining , Surface treatment
- Prepare NDT request's and Weld maps
- Prepare and complete all QA/QC documentation for all projects
- Organize and coordinate project's from start to finish - through all phases of the job.
- Prepare schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets.

Personal Attributes:
- Can-Do attitude
- Positive nature and work ethic
- Sound knowledge of the Engineering/Fabrication industry (chutes, hopper, conveyors,   piping and other mining projects)
- Extensive experience Project Managing mining projects - chutes, hoppers, conveyors,   piping works for the mining and oil and gas industry
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Good computer skills
- Be well presented and punctual
- Must be able to deal with major clients on a professional level.
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Proven history of successfully completing small to large size fabrication projects.
- Trade back ground preferred but not essential
- Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Must be a hands on person as and when required.
- Have the ability to adapt to change quickly
