Pope Packaging – Extrusion opportunities
Opportunities exist for experienced blown film extruder operators who have proven experience in the plastic packaging industry.
As the business is growing, it is interested in individuals that possess skills in Plastic Film Extrusion.
With a new management structure in place, the business is looking to grow its current customer base through winning new work and or to grow the business through acquisition.
The business has good working conditions and competitive wages will be offered to those candidates who meet the position criteria.
Day, afternoon and night shifts are available plus occasional overtime.
Current 24/5 operation in place.
Duties & skills include;
• Being able to run a Macchi film extrusion line or similar
• Experience with plastic resins
• Forklift licence
• Able to conduct Safety and Quality checks
• Fit and flexible to work with a good team
• Fully experienced to set a Macchi film extruder line or similar
• Have a good understanding of HACCAP requirements
