This role will be located at the Support Office in Abbotsford, reporting to the Production Manager. You will work closely with various departments on a day to day basis, including the Design, Planning and Supply Chain teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Maintaining and developing existing and new relationships with overseas supply base
  • Setting up and maintaining styles in the buy-plan, SVI and style books
  • Measuring pre-production garment samples
  • Tracking pre-production samples and advertising samples for marketing purposes
  • Raising purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner by brand
  • Run weekly purchase order report and cancel balances on styles delivered
  • Managing shipment tracking schedule
  • Identifying and rectifying garment faults
  • Heavy focus on admin and data entry
  • Specification set ups

To be considered for this role, you will ideally:

  • Have experience working with shipping and suppliers
  • Experience in garment manufacturing and a sound knowledge of all types of garment construction
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain garment production specifications
  • Have the ability to manage priorities, projects and stakeholders successfully
  • Have excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Have intermediate computer & Microsoft Office skills – Excel knowledge a MUST
  • Be a quick learner with high attention to detail
