We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional with a passion for managing relationships to join us as in the role of Key Account Manager based at our Melbourne branch.
This is an opportunity to leverage your talent for providing exceptional customer service in ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience, whilst working with our operations, sales and customs departments.
To succeed you will have:

Previous experience in growing an existing account with your consultative selling approach, patience, persistence and a genuine passion to succeed

Previous freight forwarding experience

The ability to think laterally and strategically in developing new opportunities within your client
