Falcones Bakery are currently seeking a full time experienced Head Baker looking to work in a dynamic and growing environment. The candidate will lead and support a professional team in our Minto manufacturing site.
This role is the next step for baker who is looking to take the next step. Whilst a passion for product is a must, you must also be able to manage your staff, produce and processes:
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar position
- Ability to produce a consistent qualities and quantities of bread products.
- Full time availability including shift work. Must be available to work weekends.
- Ability to work with an experienced and fast paced team
- Initiative and be highly self-motivated
- Flexibility to work within a seven day roster including shift work
