Our client, a national network of end-to-end services within transport & logistics are seeking to appoint a self motivated, process driven warehouse administrator to join their team on day shift .
The successful person MUST HAVE experience in the transport & warehousing industry in an operational / admin role to enable them to hit the ground running with the following tasks:
- Liaising with drivers
- Scan and enter paperwork into the WMS / TMS system (Translogix- experience advantageous)
- Sorting driver run paperwork
- Entering orders and con notes into system
- Accurate data entry
- Pricing up jobs in order to charge customers
- Cost driver runs in order to pay sub-contractor
- Entering DIFOT (deliver in full on time)
The successful candidate will be process driven, have clear and concise communication skills, strong attention to detail along with EXCELLENT computer skills. A minimum 12 months proven experience within the Transport & Warehousing sector within operations / administration is required.
This is a temp ongoing position with the hours being 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
This position may lead to full time for the right candidate.
